Licence to Perform Intermediate Rigging

To provide applicants with the practical skills and knowledge to safely perform rigging intermediate level (RI) in accordance with Safe Work Australia’s National Standard for Licencing Persons Performing HRW. All training and assessments are carried out by our own HRW trainers and assessors certified by Worksafe Victoria.

We will be using our choice of crane being either a XCMG 25t mobile slewing crane set up on outriggers or our 80t Sumitomo crawler crane. We vary between the two depending on weather conditions and availability

You must hold a HRW Licence to perform rigging basic CPCCLRG3001A (code RB)

Applicant Requirements

  • Have Photo ID (i.e. Australian Drivers Licence, Passport, Proof of age card) Proof of Victorian residential address
  • ID must contain photo, signature and date of birth
  • Current HRW Licence for the class of dogging
  • Study the course material prior to attending

  • Plan job
  • Select and inspect equipment
  • Set up the task
  • Erect structures and plant
  • Dismantle structures and plant
