Student/Client Support Services
Australian Easy Train offers the following client services to ensure we support learners giving them the best opportunity for successful course outcomes.
- Extra training, knowledge, practical and use of machinery, this can be done through appointment with your trainer or at the front desk.
- Verbal assessments can be organised with your trainer should there be any LLN difficulties
- Additional study time can be organized before undertaking assessment if required
If it is determined that the level of skill for language, literacy and numeracy is insufficient, the student may have to be referred to an alternate source for training in order to achieve the level of competency required.
